1. About Us
This website is operated by ALM TECHTRADE SOLUTION PTE. LTD. ("ALM Holidays", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Singapore with its principal office at 95 Syed Alwi Road, Singapore 207671. We are a licensed travel agent, holding Singapore Tourism Board (STB) Travel Agent Licence No. TA04075, valid from 23 June 2026 to 22 June 2028.
2. Our Services
We provide travel-related services including curated holiday packages, flight and hotel search assistance, attraction ticketing, visa information, and consulate service facilitation. Enquiries submitted through our website are followed up directly by our team via WhatsApp or email to finalise arrangements.
3. Bookings & Confirmation
A booking is only confirmed once our team has verbally or in writing confirmed your itinerary, pricing, and received any required deposit or payment. Prices displayed on this website are indicative starting rates and may vary based on travel dates, availability, and third-party supplier pricing at the time of booking.
4. Third-Party Suppliers
Many components of your travel arrangements (flights, hotels, attraction tickets, visa processing) are provided by third-party suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, GlobalTix, Travelpayouts-affiliated partners, VFS Global, BLS International, and relevant government authorities. Their own terms, conditions, and cancellation policies apply in addition to ours, and ALM Holidays is not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, delays, or failures of any third-party supplier.

6. Travel Documents & Visa Requirements
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they hold a valid passport, visa, and any other travel documents required for their journey. Information provided on our Visa Information Hub and Consulate Services pages is indicative and for general guidance only; requirements can change without notice, and we recommend confirming final requirements with us or the relevant consulate/visa centre before travel.
7. Customer Accounts
Customers may create an account on our website to track enquiries and bookings. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, ALM Holidays shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or services, including but not limited to travel disruptions, supplier insolvency, natural disasters, or government travel restrictions.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
